STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (WTAJ) — Centre Region Parks and Recreation invites you to attend “Twisted Tees” on Tuesday, May 7 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Happy Valley Mini Golf in State College.

This event is held in fundraising support of the All-Ability and Universally- Accessible playground that will be built at Whitehall Road Regional Park.

The rules will be a little different than your average game of mini golf.

The “twisted” part means that you’ll be golfing without a putter, and instead of using some creative objects such as rakes, brooms, pool noodles, large wooden spoons, and more.

Donations will be accepted at the door, and you will receive one round of mini-golf.

We’ll also have lawn games, music, and food vendors on-site for some yummy dinner options!
