A Colorado man is being charged with Criminal Trespass in Somerset County.
Police responded to an intrusion alarm at Laurel Arts and found Kyle Thompson, 22, intoxicated and passed out in a restroom.
Thompson told the officers that he used a snow shovel to break a window to enter the building because he was cold and couldn’t remember where his hotel was.
Thompson was arrested for Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Drunkenness.
He was taken to the Somerset County Central Booking Center to away his preliminary arraignment.
