CLEARFIELD, Pa. (WTAJ) — Clearfield Police arrested a man they say physically abused a 7-month-old boy.
Police charged 23-year-old Timothy Segraves with multiple crimes, including aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
Officials received a report of suspected child abuse in March.
They said Segraves shook the child and threw him in a basinet, resulting in serious head injuries.
His preliminary hearing is set for Wednesday.
