A Clearfield County man accused of arson will be heading to court.
Cody Swanson, 25, waived his preliminary hearing Wednesday, according to the Altoona Mirror.
Swanson is facing multiple charges relating to the fire that happened almost a year ago on January 2, 2018 at his 2-story home on West Hannah Street in Woodward Township. The house was a complete loss.
According of officials, Swanson was not believed to be home at the time of the fire, but after an extensive investigation, a State Fire Marshal determined it was arson.
Swanson’s charges include; Criminal Mischief, Recklessly Endangering Another Person and Insurance Fraud.
