Child sex abuse suspect goes to trial

A Centre County man accused of sexually abusing two children will go to trial today.

Police say Joseph Neff abused a pair of sisters for more than 6 years.

He is now is facing more than 700 counts of child sex abuse.

Neff’s trial will begin in Bellefonte at 8:00 this morning.
