Two parents in Blair County are facing charges after allegedly abusing a young child.

Police say Briana McCellan, 20, and Tyler Biddle, 21, of Tyrone didn’t take their infant to the hospital for almost five hours after Biddle allegedly shook the child, leaving the 5 week old with severe injuries. The incident allegedly happened back on June 5th.

Both parents were taken into custody Tuesday. They both remain in the Blair County Jail, unable to post bail.
