An Indiana County man has several charges pending against him after State Police found he was producing meth at his house where two juveniles lived.

State Police responded to 265 Main Street in Earnest Borough, Indiana County January 18 at approximately 5:28 p.m. after receiving a tip about a possible meth lab at the house.

Police met up with the 30-year-old suspect and was granted access to search the property.

Troopers also learned that two juveniles also lived at the house.

The suspected contraband was found in both the basement and the garage.

The Pennsylvania State Police Clandestine Lab Response Team was summoned to the scene to safely process, inventory, and collect the suspected meth materials.

Police also searched near and outside the garage and found garbage bags that held materials used for making meth.

The suspect is currently under investigation and has multiple pending charges against him, including Endangering Welfare of Children, Operating a Methamphetamine Laboratory and Illegal Dumping of Methamphetamine Waste, and Manufacture of Methamphetamine with Person Under 18 Years Of Age Present.
