STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (WTAJ) — During the first 12 hours of Centre Gives, Centre County residents have donated more than $552,000 to their favorite non-profits. 

That total combined with the $200,000 stretch pool and power hour prizes the current community investment tops $760,000. 

Centre Gives is an annual 36 hour online giving event that began on Tuesday, May 7 at 8:00 a.m. 

With over 175 organizations participating, this is our largest Centre Gives to date. We are continuously inspired by both the incredible generosity of
our community and the organizations that work to make this such a great event year after year.”
