Centre County Harley-Davidson ordered to pay up for sexual discrimination

A Centre County business was ordered to pay more than $38,000 to a former employee.

The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission said the number one cycle center Harley-Davidson in Centre Hall, didn’t pay one of its former female managers the same as its male managers.

The commission also ordered the business to pay female employees equally to men in similar positions.

The company has 30 days to report to the commission on how it will comply with the order.
