A speeding vehicle crashed into a crowd of pedestrians in Times Square. Reuters is reporting that one person was killed and 20 more injured.
Several blocks around Times Square are on lock down as emergency crews tend to the victims.
The NYPD has said the crash is likely the result of DWI, not terrorism.
