The Cambria County Child Advocacy Center has been awarded nearly $47,000 in state grants.
The grant was awarded through the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency to help young victims of physical and sexual abuse.
The money will go towards high-quality medical evaluations and mental health screenings, and to ensure that forensic interviews are conducted to help hold the criminals accountable.
