The Altoona Police Department is searching for a man they say is armed and dangerous.
Officials say on December 28th, Darwin Herring Sr. and his brother Dante met a man at “The Shake” night club on 7th avenue, and pulled a gun on him.
That victim allegedly had his hands and feet ziptied together, and was robbed.
Darwin Herring Sr. was arrested yesterday and is now facing several charges.
Dante Herring is still on the loose.
Police say he is violent and known to carry a gun.
