Blair County Arts Festival celebrates 50 years

A local festival is celebrating 50 years of music and fun this weekend!

The Blair County Arts Festival kicks off Saturday with live entertainment, art exhibits, a craft market and festival food at the Penn State Altoona campus.

Admission is free, but there will be a $5 parking fee that will support the Mishler Theatre in downtown Altoona.
