The brothers of Beta Theta Pi at Penn State University are back at the Centre County Courthouse again Thursday to continue their preliminary hearings.
Each individual brother is being looked at in connection to the death of Timothy Piazza
Defense attorneys continue to reference surveillance tapes, and they say not having all the tapes puts each of their clients at a disadvantage.
District attorney Stacy Parks Miller says since it’s the preliminary hearing, the tapes are not relevant at this time.
