State police in Bedford County are investigating a criminal homicide.

Officials said it happened early Saturday morning on Tulsa Road in Southampton Township.

58-year-old Daniel Sufczynski of Essex, Maryland was killed.

The Cambria County Coroner said Sufczynski was a gun shot victim. An autopsy was conducted Sunday, but details have not been released.
