A Bedford County woman is headed for trial after police say she admited to killing her husband.
Police say 71-year-old Nancy Focht shot her husband, David Focht, Sr. in the torso last September.
Investigators say Nancy claims she shot him because he threatened her.
She waived her preliminary hearing today, and remains behind bars at the Bedford County Jail.
