Oscar Hernandez was back in court Monday, just three days after returning to Connecticut from Centre County.
Hernandez is accused of killing his girlfriend and kidnapping their 6-year old daughter, sparking a nationwide Amber Alert.
He’s facing several charges including murder, criminal attempt at murder, first-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.
His bail is set at $2 million.
