A former security guard at the Greater Johnstown Middle School, who is currently out of jail, had his bail conditions reduced.

A judge made the decision on Tuesday to reduce Zachary Taylor’s bail conditions.He is now released on his own recognizance.  

Taylor is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old student.

Even though Taylor is out of jail, he will still have to wear an ankle monitor until further notice.

Taylor is due back in court on October 30.
