Today the Annual Spirit of Christmas Parade kicks off in Altoona!

The parade will begin tonight at 6 p.m. at the intersection of 9th Street and Green Avenue and run to the corner of 12th Avenue and 13th Street.

Several roads will be shut down until the parade is over.

The 10th Avenue expressway will be closed at 4 p.m. 11th avenue will be closed at 5 p.m. 12th Avenue will close at 6 p.m.
