An Altoona man is facing charges today after walking down the street naked.
Police say on June 14, 51-year-old Richard Mock was walking on the 100 block of Baker Lane in Altoona without any clothes on.
He was spotted by an 11-year-old neighbor and his step mother.
Mock is being charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
