A 16-year-old Altoona juvenile has been charged with trespassing and theft.
On November 20 at 9:35 p.m., Logan Township Police responded to 1721 25th Avenue in Altoona in response to Xbox controllers being stolen from the house.
The victim stated that the juvenile came through the living room window, took the controllers, and then left. Police were able to follow the juvenile’s track’s back to his house.
Talking to police, the juvenile admitted to going through the window and taking the controllers. He is being charged with trespassing and theft.
