An Altoona business destroyed by a fire had to be torn down.
The Arlene Spahn Accounting & Tax Service office at 3105 Broad Avenue caught on fire Saturday afternoon.
Firefighters say the flames quickly spread because of the amount of files and paper in the building.
The fire spread to a house next door, but crews were able to put out the fire.
There was so much damage to the office, the building had to be torn down.
No one was injured in the fire.
