Residents in the surrounding areas of the train derailment in Hyndman, Bedford County have all been evacuated even farther away in fear of another explosion.
Everyone has been evacuated to Hyndman Charter School and the Hyndman Health Center, but officials are now moving residents farther away to keep everyone safe.
State police say there is still a propane tank on fire, and they are figuring out how to put that fire out. It could take several hours.
Federal and state CSX railroad officials are on the scene assessing the situation.
Red Cross is also on scene helping residents get hotel reservations because they cannot return to their homes until the scene is safe.
Once the scene is safe, the cleanup could take weeks.
No injuries have been reported.
NTSB is sending 6 total people to investigate today. Three will arrive today, two on Thursday, and one more on Friday.
