A man accused of murder is headed for Cambria County Court today.
Police say Tyrone McDuffie shot and killed Luke Yuzwa in the Old Conemaugh Borough section of Johnstown back in August.
Witnesses say that shooting started as a drug deal.
McDuffie’s defense attorney says his client plans to plead not guilty to all charges against him, including criminal homicide and robbery.
His formal arraignment is set to begin at 8:00 this morning.
