A man who’s facing murder charges in Clearfield County has his hearing continues until next week.
Dustin Thomas accused of shooting and killing Brett Bamat at a home in Morris Township.
Police say Thomas and Bamat knew each other, and last Monday night, an argument escalated until shots were fired.
Thomas was found a few hours later at his home in Hawk Run.
He was arrested and is currently behind bars.
He’ll be in court for a preliminary hearing September 15.
