COLLEGE TOWNSHIP, CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — A new hotel is coming to College Township, Centre County.
Groundbreaking for a Holiday Inn, located on the empty land lot between Sam’s Club and Stocker Auto on Dreibelbis Street is expected to begin next week.
The hotel will have four stories with one hundred and one rooms.
Hotel developers say they’re looking to hire about 30 part-time staff and 10 full-time employees.
Developers also say they will contribute nearly $14 thousand to put in a traffic light nearby the intersection of Shiloh Road and Trout Road.
The Holiday Inn is expected to open in the summer or fall of 2020.
