(WTAJ) — A former Penn National Horse Trainer has been sentenced to prison for misbranding prescription drugs on race day.

53-year-old Murray Rojas of Grantville Pennsylvania was sentenced to 27 months in prison for each of her 14 felony convictions for misbranding the drugs.

The sentences were ordered to run concurrent of each other.

Rojas was also sentenced to serve two years of supervised release and to pay a $5,000 fine.

A decision on whether Rojas will be allowed to remain on bail pending an appeal is under advisement by the court.

The judge ordered Rojas to report to prison on June 3.
