Dogs at the Central PA Humane Society had a Thanksgiving meal of their own.

Local restaurant owner Bill Sell of Bill Sell’s Bold donated food to the humane society. The meal included ground turkey, beef, zucchini, carrots, sweet potatoes, brown rice and peas.They were able to feed all 40 dogs at the shelter with plenty left over for future meals.

Sell said, “It’s awesome, I think it’s great. I know what our dogs are going to be doing tonight, eating a lot of great food and laying around. So, we decided to come down here and give a good meal to these dogs.”

All that was left were empty bowls and happy dogs.
