A grandmother is facing charges for publicly shaming a 6-year-old child.
The Courier Express says the woman made the child stand outside in a diaper with a sign around his neck, after he urinated on himself.
Brookville Borough Police in Jefferson County say it happened on June 21st at a residence off of White Street.
Police charged 48-year-old Rebecca Martz with endangering the welfare of a child.
Her preliminary hearing is set for August 17th.
