Heads up for dog owners, dog licenses required by the City of Altoona will go on sale, Tuesday, January 2nd. 

A city ordinance requires all Altoona city residents to license their dogs annually. 

2018 Dog Licenses can be purchased at the following locations. 

 – City Hall, Finance Department – 1301 12th Street, First Floor – Suite 104 between 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
 – Fiore True Value Hardware – 5514 6th Avenue. 

Lifetime licenses can only be purchased at City Hall. For more information contact the Finance Department at 949-2416.
