A Clearfield County hunting reserve and Fulton County deer farm are under quarantine
After deer there tested positive for chronic wasting disease.
Both of those deer were born in a part of Fulton County known for the disease.
The deer that tested positive in our area was raised there before it was bought and taken to a hunting reserve in Bloom Township.
Both that hunting reserve and the deer farm will be under quarantine for the next five years.
