Commissioners say $100,000 is up for grabs.
“Rise of Rest” is an entrepreneur competition open to some regions in Central PA.
It was created by Steve Case, Co-founder of America Online.
The application deadline for the program is 5 p.m. August 15th.
In October 8 finalists will be chosen to compete for the $100,000.
