At least one man is seriously hurt after a three car crash in Boalsburg.

Witnesses said that a car attempted to turn left onto Shingletown road from Boal Avenue when another car entered the intersection on South Atherton Street traveling at what another witness claimed was over 70 miles per hour.

The speed limit on the road is 45 miles per hour

Police say the two cars collided and met a third car.

Witnesses say all three cars flew up in the air and ended between 30 and 40 feet away from the initial impact.

Doctors at UPMC in Altoona were able to save the right leg of the one man seriously injured in the crash.

No word on any other injuries caused by that crash.

Police are still investigating the crash and have yet to press any charges.
