The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania announced Tuesday that Clearfield County attorney William C. Kerr, III, from Dubois has been suspended from practicing law.
This after a review by the disciplinary board.
The suspension will go into effect on January 13, 2017.
Kerr is required to notify all clients of his suspension.
