A Blair County native is putting an historic lifeboat on display in Altoona
Mark Koch is a collector of rare historical items.
He owns one of the lifeboats from the Andrea Doria, an Italian ocean liner bound for New York City that sunk in 1956, killing 46 people.
The lifeboat has signatures from 7 survivors from the shipwreck.
It is on display at 303 Logan Boulevard until next Monday.
