A jury finds former Boal Mansion Museum CEO guilty on all counts.
Lee was found guilty on receipt, possession, and production of child pornography. Lee is also found guilty on obstruction of justice Friday morning.
The jury also decided Lee would face an enhanced penalty for the possession charge because some of the pornographic images contained children younger than 12 years.
Kyle Rude, Lee’s attorney, stated that he and his client were disappointed in the outcome, but respect the criminal justice system.
Rude said Lee plans on filing an appeal based on the jury’s decision.
Lee was arrested in 2014 after being indicted on charges including child exploitation and pornography.
He’s accused of molesting two boys.
Lee faced similar charges in 2005, but his record was expunged after he completed the ARD program.
