The lawsuit that the Paterno family filed against the NCAA has been delayed due to testimony from two of Jerry Sandusky’s victims.
In Centre County court Thursday, the NCAA pushed a judge to allow the depositions of victims identified as John Doe 71 and John Doe 150.
The victims claim that they told Paterno that Sandusky molested them.
The NCAA believes the testimony would validate parts of the Freeh report and sanctions, but Paterno’s lawyer argued that a testimony is irrelevant.
The judge today told the attorneys to submit a plan for further discovery within a week.
