Attorney General Kathleen Kane was set to release her preliminary findings of the “porngate” scandal Tuesday, but the news conference has been canceled.
The team, led by former Maryland Attorney General Doug Gansler has been reviewing the emails since December.
Gansler has said that he didn’t expect criminal charges, but his team had not yet finished their review at the time of that announcement.
The exchange of lewd emails between top state officials has led to a series of resignations, including two state supreme court justices.
