In what is being called Operation Shamrock Shackles, the Bedford County Drug Task Force and Pennsylvania State Police spent Thursday morning serving arrest warrants on 21 local drug dealers.
Investigators consider the suspects mid-to-low level drug dealers. They ranged from ages 17-47
Among the drugs being sold were: heroin, cocaine, synthetic marijuana, and prescription pills.
“These criminals were attempting to profit by selling garbage in our community and now there will be a price to pay”, said Bill Higgins, Bedford County District Attorney.
Higgins also said they have more suspected drug dealers on their radar.
