With the weather is getting colder the Family Resource Center and United Way of Blair County want to make sure even the smallest residents stay warm.
The Toasty Toddler Program collects new winter coats, hats, gloves and scarves for children in Blair County.
They are currently collecting money and new coats for children ages birth through four.
