Police in Hollidaysburg are reminding the community to keep a close eye on their pets after capturing a coyote that may have bitten a dog.

The coyote was found Monday at 1 p.m. behind a home along Allegheny Street and was snared by the Humane Society.

Officials are now running tests to see whether the coyote has rabies.
