Jerry Sandusky will return to court on March 24.
Sandusky is continuing his appeal against his 2012 conviction.
A new judge was recently assigned to his case, after John Cleland stepped down.
Sandusky was found guilty of 40 counts of child sex abuse, and is serving a 30 year prison sentence.
