(CNN) – Igloo has recalled a brand of its marine coolers over concerns it could cause suffocation.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commision issued the recall Thursday. On its website, it said the cooler’s latch can automatically lock when the lid is closed, which could cause someone to get trapped inside and possible suffocate.
The recall affects the Igloo ‘Marine Elite Coolers’ which are air-tight and made for use around water.
The company says the issue can be fixed with a repair.
