A Pennsylvania Superior Court has upheld the 2000 murder conviction of Thomas Huddleston, for his role in the murder of Hector Camargo in Centre County.
Huddleston can no longer appeal his case and will serve life in prison.
In September 1999, Huddleston, along with Heath Quick, planned to kill Camargo during a staged drug deal. In Black Moshannon Park, Quick shot and killed Camargo. Huddleston and quick then put Camargo’s body in the trunk of Huddleston’s car, drove to a secluded location and threw Camargo’s body over an embankment.
The two then split the money they took from Camargo.
