Governor Wolf’s annual budget address is scheduled for Tuesday.
Some of the topics he plans to focus on in the coming year are: shrinking the size of the government, increase funding for job creation, making sure seniors receive care and the continued battle against heroin and opioid addiction.
He will address the state at 11:30 a.m.
