Friday and Saturday, the Salvation Army of State College will be giving away free winter coats.
The coats will go to children and adults living in Centre County.
The Salvation Army, along with Seven Mountains Media and Balfurt Cleaners were able to collect more than 300 new and gently-used winter coats and jackets through several coat drives last month.
To receive a free coat, all you need to do is show up to the Salvation Army, between noon and 3 p.m. They will be given away on a first come first serve basis.
