Thousands of Fisher-Price cradle swings are being recalled.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says some of the seats in the Cradle N’ Swing have fallen after the peg that connects the seat to the base comes undone, putting children at risk.

No injuries have been reported yet, but Fisher-Price issued the recall for about 34,000 manufactured swings.

The commission advises those who own the swings to stop using them immediately and contact Fisher-Price for revised assembly instructions.
