The Hookies Fire Department in Tyrone will be holding a fundraiser to benefit Brian “Buck” Moyer on Saturday May 25.
Moyer suffered injuries following a car accident and made the decision to have his leg amputated in order to maintain his active life style, but now the medical bills are adding up.
Moyer has always given generously to the community, so the fire department wants to give back to him.
The doors will open at 7p.m. and there will be a $5 donation, raffle and 50/50 auction.
All proceeds will go to helping Moyer with his medical bills.
