The Fire Chief of Brockway Volunteer Hose Company passed away at his home Friday evening. Earlier this month, Chief Jeff Fustine had a medical emergency at work and was taken to Allegheny General Hospital.
Since then the community rallied to organize fundraisers to help Fustine and his family. After receiving news of his passing fellow firefighters and people from all over Jefferson County shared their thoughts and prayers on the fire company’s Facebook page.
Chief Fustine was a 28 year member of the Brockway Volunteer Hose Company.
