Calling Hillary Clinton and her staff members extremely careless, FBI Director James Comey said his office is recommending prosecutors not file criminal charges.

The Department of Justice will ultimately make the final decision.  Comey expressed this investigation was done independently.

He said the investigation revealed that 110 emails were determined to included classified information.

There was no direct evidence that Clinton’s person email was hacked, however, Comey admits it is possible that hostile actors could have gained access.

The FBI also determined that while the former Secretary of State and her staff were careless, they found no evidence they intended to violate the law.
